It's BAND SYF!:D:D
At 3rd April,i met Yokeling to go to sch together,then she'll help me tie my scorpion hair.
BUT she's late for quite a while-.-
Then we went to school together...
After reaching school,she immediately help me tie e hair as we went to e toilet.
Then,she kept tying it wrongly,hahas:D
I mean very messy la:D
Then,we even stay in e toilet to sing our national anthem and pledge!:D
Finally,she help me tie finish le,although i used my clips to secure it:D
Afterwards,MORE band members went to e toilet!
I saw Mindy,Yinghui,Selina,Peiwen....
They also tying their hair:D
Then,we went to report and do our tuning up and warm up.
Okay,tt day is not my good day:(
Coz my alignment of flute went wrong somewhere and i dunno which is my correct alignment to be:((
Then,i gave my flautists the honey GOLD flakes:D
So,we'll get gold for SYF(i even wore gold earrings):D
Then,they all thanks me la:D
Vivien and Jingyi also bought bananas which they say can calm down one's nerve and give us energy! Woah!
We went to lunch afterwards at around 11 plus.
We went as a section!(plus yokeling:D)
Then,we ate together and chat and chat.
Vivien and Jingyi gave us e bananas and i ate it:D
Oh ya,Weiyan got a rotten banana frm Vivien,hahas:D
Then,we went to change our uniform to band uni:D
Afterwards, we went to tune up agn(this time,my flute alignment is lyk more adaptable?)
Then,we prepare and blow,blah blah blah.
Okay,WE'RE READY TO GO!
We set off at around 1?
Then,i told myself to focus and concentrate.
I oso told my section to focus and go through their files for e things tt they always forget.
BUT as u noe,Weiyan is e kind who can't concentrate well.
She just have to talk-.-
BUT i also got talk a bit la:D
Finally,we reached SCH!
This time, i got more and more nervous as this is e time for SEC4's!
I MUST GET GOLD!
We went inside SCH and seat down.
I saw e school beside us,looking relaxed,making me more nervous.
Then,i kept blowing warm air inside my flute.
Afterwards, we went to e tuning room.
Weiyan is OUT OF TUNE!
Argh! I got freaked out and so scared!
Coz Weiyan is seatin beside me,if she out of tune,it'll b not nice!
Then,i told her tt she's flat.
BAND 93,Kranji Symphonic Band.
OUR TURN!
I went on stage proudly and hope to create a good first impression.
I admit i look very arrogant at tt time:p
Then,we do our usual procedure of standing up and all.
OVERTURE NO1!
I started blowing and blowing...
AND I realised tt i'm not really tt in tune wif Weiyan.
I started to turn in and out...
Then,okay,my 'solo' part and Vivien de is still acceptable.
At least i didnt go out of tune:D
GREEN HILLS FANTASY!
OMG. I am super out of tune wif Vivien.
Vivien dun even noe!!!!
Then,i've to adapt to her and it makes me more freaked out and nervous lyk SIAO.
Okay, my 103(the G note),I DIDNT CUM IN ON TIME!
Ooooohhhh!
Blame me all u want,mayb it's me who caused band:((
After performin,i felt lyk a thousand stones in my heart is released( no such proverb:D)
Then,i kept tellin my section tt i wanna perform SYF again!
I wan to blow correctly!
HELP ME!
Then,i brood over this for a VERYVERYVERY long time.
Then,as this is my last performance,i wanted to preserve e memories.
I took lotta pictures wif my section!:D

Although i dun really like my section as we always quarrel over minor things and lead to internal conflicts, but i still miss them a lot.
Today,when i'm lookin at e photos we took and listening to a sad song,i felt lyk cryin:(
4 years in band,it's really very hard to let go.
How i wish tt i'll always b in band(but i dun wanna b sectional leader).
I LOVE FLAUTISTS!
Then,it's 4.20pm.
Time for us to go in to hear other school's playin.
I went in and hear.
Actually they play de songs still okay la,ours oso very nice.
Then Liying called me and said smth tt makes me feel elated!
She said:"How's e performance?"
I said:"Still okay:D But i make 2 mistakes"
She said:"Ooooh. Then do u tink this year's SYF is better than e previous one?"
I thought for a while and said:"YES."(and i'm confirmed.)
She said:"Then,u all have a high chance of getting gold!"
OMG. I admit tt i'm on cloud nine when she said tt.
After all e bands are finished, it's RESULT TIME!
Band 90...(nervous)
Band 91...(more nervous,hands shivering)
Band 92...(super nervous,jumpin up and down on my chair)
BAND 93,Kranji Symphonic Band............................
SILVER.
*shocked*
I suddenly felt a rush of overwheming emotions in my eyes.
I noe tt i'm goin to break down.
Break down time.
We tried so hard,the band camps,the intensive training,the tutoring...
I though tt effort will pay off?
Is tt cheating me?
What did all conductors said that we'l get? Gold!
And wad we get? Silver!
I tot we did quite well?
Are everybody cheating our feeling and givin us false hope?
IT'S MY LAST PERFORMANCE!
Sec3's still hav a concert and many more performances.
Sec2's still hav another SYF to get a gold.
Sec1's have SUPER LOTS OF PERFORMANCE!
Sec4's ONLY have this last SYF! NO MORE!
And i can't go for SYF Fiesta too...
WHY?!?!?!

No mood.
I tot tt after SYF,i'll b super high but it's really difficult to recover so fast.
Then, Yokeling told me tt it's e judges fault.
Judges have alternate days.
Example,this day they'll be lenient,another day they'll b strict.
WTHWTHWTHWTHWTHWTH!
It's unfair for us!
Why can't judges be fair to everyone?
Is SYF an unfair competition?
So wad for hav SYF?
I dunno.
OKay,i juz hope tt Sec2's can help KSB get a gold award e nxt two years.
I actually hope Chior and Dance wun get gold la(okay,i noe it's bad).
But i wan BAND TO BE THE FIRST PERFORMING ARTS TO GET GOLD!
And,it's our batch to achieve it!
It'll b a super proud achievement!
If put in testimonial,i'll oso be super proud of myself!
Okay,nvm.
Let's hope BAND WILL GET GOLD for e nxt SYF:D:D:D
